afaik the ts swinging arm is longer and the lugs that hold the bushes are shorter. you can use it with long-ish spacers, but due to more than likely water ingress chances are the whole assembly will rust solid pretty quickly.
nos swinging arms are still available, though.

the only way i managed to fit these was using a vice. first insert the rubber outer by about a long 1/4 or a short 1/3, then insert the inner sleeve and press both in.
