TomTom on ETZ251 1991/2

I am looking to mount my TomTom 550 Rider satnav on my ETZ251.
I’d like to wire to the ignition.
Q1. Would there be enough charging output available when running with lights on?
Q2. Anyone know how to wire it in?
Looking forward to hearing any advice on the Subject.

A1: Certainly. 180w alternators on these bikes have plenty of spare power.

A2: Just wire the USB/Cigarette lighter socket directly to the battery if you like with an in-line switch. Just soyou can charge your phone when the bike is off, say when you’re camping.
