MZ TS 150 Help with washer between layshaft bearing and circlip.

  Hi
  I’m changing seals and bearings on my TS 150.
  There’s is a washer that sits in the left hand casing between the layshaft bearing and circlip.
  Does anyone know if this washer should be flat or have a slight concave.
  If concave what is the orientation? Concave towards or away from bearing?
  If it should be flat where can I get one?

  Hi. If it’s the one I think you’re referring to, it should be flat.
  I believe the MZ Shop has a replacement https://www.themzshop.co.uk/store/ets-125-150-trophy-sport/gearbox-ets-125-150-trophy-sport/splash-washer-for-layshaft/ but worth checking against the parts book first
