Hello! Apologies Its that old Chestnut again! When i was young i would use the old potato and caustic soda method; now i’m not so keen and understand its probably of limited effectiveness anyway (particularly if bike has been run on old style and new, fully synthetic oils?) so am looking for advice and ideas. I dont have access to (or the skills) welding kit and wonder what the realistic options are. Thanks for your time and patience!
