      Hi all,
In readiness for fitting a sidecar to my ETZ250, I’ve replaced the 19t sprocket with a 16t.However with this one fitted the chain has worn a groove in the upper ally chain tunnel,I noticed the sleeve part of the sprocket was around 3-4mm deeper than the 19t,just wondered if anyone knew if this was correct? Seemed to me that it needs to be deeper to keep the chain away from the oil seal housing plate behind,as being smaller thee chain is much closer to it.looking at pics online the small sidecar sprockets do seem tyo have this longer sleeve but was hoping someone could confirm
      Dan
