Hi,    could someone please let me know if it is possible to remove the cylinder head and the cylinder whilst the frame is still in the frame?

I’ve tried to fit a ETZ 250 brake master cylinder to the handlebars of my TS250, but it doesn’t fit because it fouls on the front fork yokes.  The hose entry is obstructed also.   Can anyone let me know please how they brought about this conversion successfully getting a grandchildren to fit?  Or what brake cylinder will fit the TS handlebars.

I am trying to restore a TS 250 supa5, it is currently fitted with a disc brake / front fork assembly from an ETZ I believe.  I have the original forks and front wheel from the TS, however I am missing the front wheel hub cover plate (part no. 22-24.279).

Does anyone know where I could get one from please.

Or alternatively I was wondering, is the part really necessary? Could I just make a bush assembly?

Any help /advice would be most appreciated.

When topping up the fork oil how do I know when there is sufficient oil in the fork tube please?

I looked at the manuals but no mention seems to be made of where the oil level should be.

TS exhaust hello,

I’ve noticed on my TS250/1 that the bracket from the exhaust to the engine is not a good size fit.  It does not let the downpipe sit where it is comfortable, instead it pulls the exhaust down pipe our of alignment.

Has anyone else noticed this please

I’m new to the forum, so please excuse me if I haven’t done this post as I should.  My newly acquired TS250/1 project has ugly wiring.  When I removed the seat it revealed a messy jumble of tape joints and connectors.

I was wondering if someone has photos showing how the wiring and connection block under the seat should look?  It would be very helpful to me.
