I’d be interested to know if anybody in the Club owns a Simson Duo? (If you’ve never heard of the Duo, look at the Google images – it’s an education in itself!)

I first saw one of these beasties when on holiday in the former GDR in the 1980s, and there are plenty of them still on the road in Germany – it’s a bit of a cult vehicle there, apparently.

I’d love to bring one over to England and register it for road use, but would like to know (BEFORE buying one!) whether that would be possible. I could try asking DVLA – but thought I’d try the Club first, as being more likely to know what I’m on about!
