a reminder that this weekend, the South of Scotland section is hosting the National AGM at Linlithgow Rugby Club.

Come on Friday if possible, and stay all weekend. Camping is free although there is a Rally cost of £15. A “Goody bag” will be given to each person registering, with a mug, pen & sticker.

Breakfast & Evening Dinner is available through external caterers, and both tea & coffee is free all weekend. The actual AGM will be on Saturday afternoon.

Catering arrangements are as follows:

Friday and Saturday  dinner – Menu to follow main course £8, dessert £3 two courses for £10 if purchased in advance

Dinners will have a few choices available both evenings.

 

Saturday and Sunday  breakfast – full breakfast 7 items £5 or two doubler breakfast rolls for £5

We will try to pre sell tickets for the breakfasts and the Saturday evening meals on the Friday night (Not sure if we will be there early enough to pre sell Friday evening meals.)

Dinner will be served 6-8pm both nights

Breakfasts will be served 8.30am – 10.30am Saturday and Sunday 7.30am – 9.30am

Please make the effort to come along, for either the whole or part of the weekend.  Dave Newman is retiring as South of Scotland Representative of the MZ Riders Club at the end of the event, and the future rep will be Willie Sweeting (subject to confirmation at a local AGM, unless nobody else comes forward).  I will continue as helper / communications person.
