John Bannel, from Chester put a Super 5 engine into a Messerschmitt 3 wheeler to create Franknschmitt. I will say no more, just look at the pics to see John’s amazing engineering. This car has been to the North Wales and Cheshire section meet and it is every bit as good as it looks. Well done John, when an MZ engine is used like this we forgive whoever broke the bike!

South Wales very own Robin Davie’s immaculate MZ TS250/1 Super 5 outfit going along a country line. Travelling sideways at times. Carl Janisjewski (I bet I spelled that wrong!) in the chair (a chair on the “wrong” side of the bike a la euro I might add) holding the camera with one hand and gripping the chair with a white knuckled other hand.
